What do we do?
We establish collaborative partnerships that empower organisations to take a lead role in their own trauma informed journey. Our skilled practitioners work closely with organisations to sensitively guide them in building a construct of trauma informed cultures at all levels of the organisation. This includes, but is not limited to: staff wellbeing, physical environment, cultural sensitivity, language and terminology, policies and procedures, choice and power dynamics, participation of service users, referral processes, strengths-based practices, relational practices, and more.
We have been able to support across a wide range of sectors and organisations, including Education, Early Help, Children and Family Teams, Public Health and the NHS, the West Midlands Combined Authority, and various police forces and Violence Reduction Partnerships. Our collaborative work has been recognised with the Working in Partnership award from West Midlands Police, and our good practices have been highlighted by the Home Office in national publications.
